As the son of a former History teacher, Andy came in to conflict history at a young age, before graduating in Modern Languages and working in hospitality management. Andy’s experience covers a range of subjects and conflicts, including Waterloo, Napoleonic naval conflicts, the Normandy landings and tours in London and Copenhagen, but he specialises in the Great War battlefields of the Western Front, working full-time as a Battlefield guide, sharing his passion and expertise on the subject in a lively and engaging way. Andy holds a Masters Degree in Britain and the History of the Great War from the University of Wolverhampton.
