- Your name and a contact telephone number.
- Your connection to the person to be researched.
- The level of research you require - i.e. which option.
- Were they a Great War survivor or did they die in the war or shortly afterwards?
- Provide as much information as possible – the more you provide the better the likelihood of success, so provide any and all the information you can, such as: full name, date of birth, where born, where they lived and when, names of spouse, parents and siblings, branch of service (e.g. army, navy, air force), service number (these will be on their medals if you have them) etc.
- You will be contacted with confirmation of cost (if any), payment instructions (if required) and any questions. Research will then commence, unless payment is relevant, in which case research will commence after payment has been received.
