An A J Hill is commemorated on the Potters Bar memorials, but we are yet to find information that will positively identify this man. The surname Hills has also been researched without any connection to Potters Bar being found. Alfred Winifred Hill and William Alfred Hill have been found with connections to Potters Bar, and who are not on the memorials, for obvious reasons, neither would appear be the A J Hill commemorated.
