Biography
He was born in Hertfordshire and was resident in the county at the time he enlisted He was in the 5th Battalion of the Suffolk Regiment and his Service Number was 5950482. The circumstances of his death have not been discovered.
He is buried in Grave 402 , Northwest Extension at Hitchin Cemetery and his memorial stone has the additional inscription "His loving ways his smiling face are beautiful memories left behind".
He was the son of Edgar Sidney and May Walker.
