Son of Alfred SEABROOK of Watford, and Minnie Hannah/Anna (nee PUNTER) SEABROOK.

His parents married 1889 in the Hendon, Middx, district.  Alfred died 1949 in King’s Langley, Herts, aged 79, and was buried 4 January at All Saints, King’s Langley; Minnie died 1958 in the Hemel Hempstead, Herts, district aged 90.

Alfred was born 2 April 1894 in either Harlesden or Willesden, London, and baptised 20 December 1894 at All Souls, Harlesden.  He attended Callowland Board School, Watford, from 30 August 1904 to 23 April 1908.

On the 1901 Census, aged 6 he lived in Hammersmith, London, with his parents and three siblings.  On the 1911 Census, a clerk aged 17, he lived in Watford, with his parents and four siblings.

Wartime Service

He enlisted in Northampton; was entitled to the Victory and British War medals, and was presumed killed in action.  

Additional Information

Unfortunately, Alfred’s Service Record appears to be one that did not survive the World War Two bombing.
