Biography

Albert Jones was first recorded in the Abbots Langley Parish Magazine Roll of Honour in November 1917, serving with the Royal Garrison Artillery (RGA). The July 1915 issue of the Parish Magazine noted that a son had been born to Albert and his wife Alice.

The Absent Voter Records of Autumn 1918 and Spring 1919 listed Albert serving with the Essex & Suffolk Royal Garrison Artillery, and living at 80 Breakspeare Road, Abbots Langley.

However it has not been possible to trace any more records about Albert or his family.

Albert Jones survived the War.
