Biography

Horace Dicker was recorded in the Abbots Langley Parish Magazine Roll of Honour between May 1916 and January 1917, and was shown serving with the Army Service Corps.

No other records have been traced for this man, and his association with the village is unknown. However Oscar Victor Dicker was listed in the Absent Voter Records giving Abbots Langley as his place of residence at the end of the War, however beyond the same name no connection has been identified between these two men.
