Born on 6 Jan 1884 son of Vet. Maj. and Mrs. W. R. Hagger. Educated at the United Services College 1899-1901. Husband of Olivia Hagger of Abbey Manor, East Hendred, Wantage, Berkshire. Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant 22 Apr 1903 and promoted to Lieutenant on 22 Jul 1905 and Captain in 1912.

Wartime Service

Served in Mesopotamia and the Persian Gulf and died in Karachi.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
