Born in 1881 in Hertford son of Edwin and Mary A Scrivener and living in Bengeo Street, Hertford in 1891 and in the Green Dragon Inn, 31 Maidenhead Street, Hertford in 1901. He was living in 8 Eastholme Green, Letchworth as a printer in 1911.

Obit said to be in Hertfordshire Mercury 15 Jan 1918, but I cannot find it. No other record.
