He was born, son of Sir Ernest Pollock, KBE, KC, (who later became Baron Hanworth of Hanworth and Master of The Rolls) and Lady Pollock. His father was also an M.P 1910-1923. He married Alice in 1915 and they had a son in 1916. He graduated from Trinity College Cambridge and joined The Inns of Court OTC, whilst training as ma barrister. Can find no connection to Northaw or immediate area.
Wartime Service
Went to France 24th June 1916.
Additional Information
If he had survived he would have inherited the title of 2nd Viscount Hanworth, this though passed to his son David. He is also remembered in The House of Commons Book of Remembrance.
