Born on 3 Oct 1894 and baptised on 13 Nov 1894 in Warwick, Warwickshire son of Maj. Charles Edward Hyacinth Cooch (Border Regt.) and Caroline Isabella Cooch later of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Educated at the United Services College 1908-13 and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst.

Wartime Service

Entered France on 24 Nov 1914 and was killed in action near Armentieres, France.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
