Born in 1886 in Ware, Hertfordshire son of John and Agnes Clibbon.
He married Agnes Evans in 1911 in Hertford and they were living in 11 St John Street, Ware in 1911. He was a general labourer. Later she lived at 41 Sele Road, Camps Hill, Hertford.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hatfield, entered France on 8 Nov 1914 and died of wounds.
