Enlisted at Hertford formerly 5703, Hertfordshire Regiment and was killed in action on the Somme.
Additional Information
Brother of Private Harry Skipp and of Private Robert Skipp and of Private Thomas Walter Skipp who all fought, were all wounded but all survived WW1.
