Lilley Village Memorial

Pre War

Sidney was born around 1895 to William and Emma Clark. In 1901 the family lived behind the Red Lion Inn in Lilley. 


In 1911 Sidney was still living with his family in Post Office Yard. He was an errand boy and his father a farm labourer. 

Wartime Service

Died of wounds in the 2nd Northern General TP Hospital in Leeds.
