Born in 1894 in Hertford son of Thomas George and Elizabeth Sarah (Norton) Bulmer and living in Warren Terrace, Hertford in 1901. He married Ella Fanny Clarke (later Mrs Peppiatt) in 1916 in Aylesbury.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hertford and died of wounds probably in one of several Casualty Clearing Stations in Lijssenthoek.
