Born in 1886 in Hertford son of Frederick W and Mary A Brand and living in Horns Mill Road, Brickendon in 1891. He married Sarah Ann Blow in Hertford in 1909 and was living in 36 West Street, Hertford with his father-in-law after Sarah died. He had one daughter and was a leather dresser.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hertford and was killed in action.
