Wartime Service

Formerly a captain in the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry and then Lieutenant Colonel Commanding the XVth Service Battalion, West Yorshire Regiment. Later Brigadier General Commanding the 93rd Brigade.

Additional Information

The second bell was hung in St Mary's Church, North Mymms, on 11 July 1920. It also commemorates Brig. Gen Edgar William Cox (DSO).
