Born on 13 Aug 1894 and baptised on 4 Oct 1894 in Stoke Newington, London son of Richard and Mary Ellen Ralfs (Previously Spiegel) of "Greenfield", Warwick Road, Redhill, Surrey.
Educated at the United Services College 1906-10. He became a paper merchant’s clerk.
Wartime Service
Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant from the Inns of Court O.T.C. Entered the war in the Eastern Mediterranean on 10 Nov 1915 and died of wounds received in action in France.
Additional Information
Family changed name from Spiegel to Ralfs. United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
