Born on 7 Jan 1882 and baptised on 26 Feb 1882 in Chorleywood son of Richard W. and Louisa (Prior) Bass. He married Annie Taylor (later Mrs. Blagg) of 15 Park Street, Regent's Park, London on 14 Dec 1904 at St Marylebone, London.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Reading, Berkshire. He died in the 29th General Hospital, Greece.
