Born in 1882 in Redbourn, son of Bob and Mary A. Pratt, of 56, High St., Redbourn, St. Albans. He was a general labourer.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at St Albans, entered France on 26 Jul 1915 and died of wounds probably in a field ambulance in Dickebusch, near Ypres.

Awarded MM in 1916.
