Born on 15 Mar 1884 in Marylebone, London son of Henry Pryor and Helena Margaret (Eddis) Powell of The Rectory, Penworth, Sussex and baptised on 16 Apr 1884 in Marylebone. Educated at Haileybury College 1899-1902. On Editorial Staff of "The Times" newspaper. He married Barbara Frances Courthope of 17 Tite Street, Chelsea, London and had two children.
Wartime Service
Killed in action at Richebourg l’Avoué.
