Born in 1894 in Birmingham son of S.Q.M. Serjt. J. Frank B. and Harriet Powell and was living in Boundary Road, Wood Green, Tottenham in 1911 and later in 68 Fore Street, Hertford. He was a shipping clerk.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hornsey, Middlesex and was killed in action.
