Born on 16 Dec 1873 in Hambledon, Hampshire son of Henry Bouchier and Ann (Bourdillon) Phillimore and baptised on 8 Feb 1874 in Hambledon.
Educated at Haileybury College 1886-89.
He married Lucy Mary Bedford in 1901 in Steyning, Sussex. He was a Civil Engineer in Kuala Lumpur.
Wartime Service
Entered France on 1 May 1915 and was killed in action at La Bassée.
