Born on 20 Nov 1894 in South Weald, Brentwood, Essex younger son of Lt. Col. John Grant Anderson, Military Knight of Windsor (late Leicestershire Regt.) and Beatrice (Bradburne) Anderson of 14 Castle Yard, Windsor Castle, England.
Educated at the United Services College and the Imperial Service College 1910-12. Emigrated to Manitoba, Canada to be a farmer in 1912. He was unmarried.
Wartime Service
Enlisted on 28 Oct 1914 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, came to England with the 2nd Canadian Contingent and entered France on 17 Sep 1915. He was killed by a shell in the trenches near Ypres.
Additional Information
United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
