Born on 18 Nov 1859 in Lahore, India. He obtained his first commission on 1 May 1878 and was made Colonel on 1 May 1907 (possibly of the 3rd Gurkha Rifles) and retired on 1 May 1910.

Wartime Service

He was re-employed on the onset of WW1 to command the 58th Bn. Training Reserve. He died in Kensington, London.
