Educated at Haileybury College 1869-74.
He married Muriel Hughes (died 1909) and then Florence Harriett Tremayne of Morval, Sandplace, Cornwall.
Wartime Service
Commanded South Lancashire Regiment at Jubbalpore, Central Provinces, India. Died at home.
