Born on 21 Oct 1869 and baptised on 20 Nov 1869 in Chukrata, Bengal, India son of Maj. Alfred and Fanny Catherine Jobling. Educated at the United Services College 1879-82. He became a mining engineer in Transvaal and married Mary Elizabeth Jobling.

Wartime Service

Entered France on 18 May 1917 and died in France.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
