Born in 1892 in Waterloo, London son of William and Harriett Izzard. He lived in 25 Raynham Street, Hertford in 1911 as a dyed leather finisher.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hertford, entered France on 24 Mar 1915 and was killed in action four weeks later in the Battle of Hill 60 near Ypres.
