Born on 4 Jan 1881 in Chorlton, Manchester son of Charles and Emma Margaret (Cassels) Hunter, later of Rusholme, Manchester. Educated at Haileybury College 1894-99. He married Annie Warhurst of 31 Anson Road, Victoria Park, Manchester in Jan 1913 in Prestwich, Lancashire.
Wartime Service
He entered Gallipoli in Jul 1915 and was killed in action.
