Born in 1881 and was christened on 30 Mar 1890 (aged 9) in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire son of Alfred and Matilda Humphrey. He married Alice Hannell on 10 Mar 1902 and they lived in 5 Meadstone Cottages, Chorleywood Bottom. He was a builder’s labourer and had four children.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Harrow and was killed in action.
