Born in 1890 in Sevenoaks, Kent elder son of Edward Howard and Ellen Florence Wilkins later of Quay Cottage, Bosham, Chichester. In 1911 he was boarding at 17 Edith Grove, Chelsea, London and was on the staff of the Phoenix Insurance Company, London.
He was unmarried.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at London, entered the Eastern Mediterranean on 7 May 1915 and was killed in action at Gallipoli.
