Pre War
Born on 27 Oct 1889 in Whitley Road, Hoddesdon son of Alfred and Belinda (Bowden) Fuller and later lived in 11 Laurel Villas, New Road, Bedfont, Middlesex.
He was educated at Iver Heath, Bucks.
Enlisted on 13 May 1912 in the Territorial Force. He was employed on the Metropolitan Railway.
Wartime Service
Like his brother Frank he volunteered for foreign service and embarked at Southampton on 8th March 1915 on the SS Empress Queen and entered France.
He was killed in action at Zonnebeke in the Battle for Hill 60 on the same day as his brother Frank and in the same battle.
Additional Information
Aoart from Frank who also died, four other brothers also served: William (Bombardier 55760 RFA), James (Private 77739 RHA), Harry (Private 1281 Royal Fusiliers) and Victor (10881 Army Cyclist Corps).
