Born in 1880 and christened on 29 Feb 1880 in Bengeo, Hertford son of John Porter Freeborn and Eliza (Copsey) Freeborn of Ware.


In 1901 he lived in Hornsey and was working as a bricklayer. He married Margaret Louisa Payne in 1909 in Aylesbury and they lived at 3 Victoria Street, Aylesbury.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Wood Green and died of pneumonia in Belgium probably in hospital at Lijssenthoek.
