Son of William John and Ellen Phoebe (nee WILDIN/WILDEN) FLUX.
His parents married 1884 in the Winchester, Hants, district. William died 1927 in the Kensington, London, district aged 68; Phoebe died 1935 in the Stockport, Lancs, district aged 76.
Frederick was born 1896 in Buckingham, and resided in Watford when he enlisted in Kennington.
On the 1901 Census, aged 4 he lived in Slough, Bucks, with his parents and two siblings. On the 1911 Census, a garden boy aged 14, he lived in Letchmore Heath, Herts, with his parents and two siblings.
Wartime Service
He enlisted in Kennington, London; was entitled to the Victory and British War medals, and was killed in action.

Unfortunately, Frederick’s Service Record appears to be one that did not survive the World War Two bombing.
