Born on 28 Aug 1902 in Bournemouth, Hampshire son of the Rev. Henry William Flory M.A. and Mrs. Ruth Willice Flory and was living in St John’s Lodge, Church Street, Cambridge in 1911 and later at Isleham Vicarage, Ely, Cambridgeshire. He finally lived at 28 Trinity Road, Ware in 1918.

Wartime Service

Enrolled in the Royal Navy on 30 Aug 1918 died from pneumonia in the Naval Hospital, Belmont Road, Liverpool.

Additional Information

Brother of 2nd Lieut Percival James Flory who was killed in action on 22 Aug 1918 and of 2nd Lieutenant William Henry Flory who was killed in action on 21 Mar 1918.
