Born in 1881 and was baptised on 29 May 1891 in Ware, Hertfordshire son of Edwin and Clara J. Tidey and was living in Wengeo Common, Ware in 1891 and in 1901. He was a brick maker. He later lived at 58 Crib Street, Ware in 1911.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Ware and was killed in action near Ypres.
