Pirton's WW1 Scrapbook - Kindly supplied by Rodney Marshall
This is probably typical of hundreds if not thousands of scrapbooks created by individuals during the Great War.
This one is from a small village Pirton in North Hertfordshire - 30 men died and were commemorated in the memorials another 11 were added to an Addenda in 2018 and 232 survivors were found and recorded in the village book The Pride of Pirton.
