The Diaries of Alfred Wallis 1915 & 1917
The diaries and photographs were kindly provided to the Herts At War Project by his grandson, Chris Wallis.

Alfred Wallis was awarded the Military Medal and survived the war and he has a HAW biography under Ware. He died on 23 February 1975.
His diaries cover 1915 and approximately half of 1917.
